Maintenance
It is a legal requirement of the Electricity Supply Regulations 1989 that electrical distribution equipment is kept in a reliable and serviceable condition.
Regular maintenance is required to individual plant items as well as the overall power system which they fall within.
By carrying this out in a pre-planned manner allows minimal down time to plants, it also allows for early detection of potential problems. This ensures mitigating the risk of losing plant with ensuring consequential effect to production revenue.
Switchgear circuit breakers, Protection relays, Transformers, DC Battery charges, Power Factor Correction Equipment.
Planned, Preventative Maintenance will substantially increase the life expectancy of your equipment and offer a marked reduction in down time and repair costs.
A regular planned maintenance programme results in savings of less down time by locating faults in the system prior to becoming a major problem!
Our agreements are tailored to the individual customer requirements, created for their specific equipment and requirements.
All maintenance agreements are based upon the British Standard 6423 and legally comply with the Electricity Regulations 1989.
